- Providing you with information that may help you avoid foreclosure if you’re behind on your mortgage payments.
- Providing you with information on ways to recognize and avoid scam artists.
- Providing you with information to help you get your finances under control with a budget plan.
- Providing you with support and direction on ways to manage your credit.
Raising awareness by presenting financial literacy education to schools, churches and community agencies. Services can be provided in a group and/or one-on-one setting.
The CDBG Housing Counseling program funding is provided by Housing Action Illinois and the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
